The Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB) has issued the final Sector design for the Eastern Newfoundland Region Sector, which was announced as a general location on June 11, 2020. The final Sector design is fully contained within the general location that was referenced in the June 11 news release. All of the information contained in that news release is relevant and applicable to the final Sector design.
Following the Call for Nominations for Areas of Interest announced in January 2020, interested parties can refer to the attached map and legal description for the exact location of this Sector, described as NL05-EN.
