Due to the end of the Newfoundland and Labrador’s State of Emergency and easing of COVID-19 restrictions under the Public Health Order on March 14, 2022, the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB) has rescinded the supporting “Order Respecting Essential Employees” originally issued on March 22, 2020.
